Here at Keeks and Chuck, we double check the quality of products prior to packing and sending. However, if you receive your goods and are unhappy with the quality, please email us within 10 days with your concerns and we will happily exchange your goods.

Refund

Refunds will be available in the event we are unable to exchange

Deposits/pre-orders

Pre-order deposits are not refundable for change of mind. However we are happy to exchange for a store credit
